I led campaigns created at or near the bottom of the resort real estate market in 2010. Sales figures for Winter Park were excellent during these campaigns, selling out multiple resort developments. Copywriting by Gigi Griffis.
This honest and upfront series of campaigns helped Playground sell over $40 million in less than a year in a sector of the real estate market that was hit particularly hard by the recession. This was all done on a budget less than 15% of previous years.
