After a comprehensive envisioning session, we named, branded and marketed this high-end, master planned community in southwest Denver inspired by historic European hill towns. Not only did Solterra’s marketing win two AMA awards (Gold website and Silver logo), but the development was also selected as the location for Denver’s 2008 Parade of Homes.
